You don’t know us yet. You don’t know that we’ll treat your car like it was our own four-wheeled baby. You don’t know that we’re out to build relationships as much as we rebuild transmissions.
We get it. Maybe you brought your car in for a cheap oil change once then left with a $5,000 quote. That’s not us. We’ll just give you the facts and talk options.

And we’ll treat you like a friend first and foremost.

I’ve been there several times, and each time was a pleasure. Of course it’s never a pleasure dropping thousands of dollars on your vehicle. But since it had to be done, I trust the guys over there to do it right. Wesley’s was referred to me by a friend, now let me be the friend and recommend these guys to you. Wes will treat you right and fair. Nuff said.
BEWARE UNNECESSARY SERVICE COSTS:I came in for what I knew to be an ignition coil issue. They suggested a new spark plug as well. Instead of working on only the problem cylinder, all four spark plugs were replaced at $100+ extra parts and labor cost. They also tried to suggest I needed a wheel alignment on band new rims installed 4 months ago…Beware their unecessary upsells, I’ve learned my lesson here.
Very pleased with my experience at Wesley. After failing an emissions test, a different shop failed to diagnose & fix the problem. I took to Wesley and they were able to figure it out and fix it in a timely manner, and more than that, took it to get the emissions facility & ensured it got a passing grade and the supporting documentation! Good work for fair prices, staff is great to work with.
Our Grand Cherokee developed a serious oil leak recently and we needed to get it in the shop quickly. My neighbor recommended Wesley Automotive and we could not be happier with their work. Dan got the vehicle in almost immediately and was very communicative and helpful. The techs at this shop do great work and the price of parts and repair were more than reasonable. It’s hard to find a shop that you trust and that delivers quality service. I will be exclusively bringing all of our vehicles to these fine folks from now on.
Wes and Casey were incredible! They went above and beyond and were so kind to help me understand their process and try to figure out what was wrong with my car. I will be taking my car back to Wesley for any issue, and am confident that they will do good work at a fair price.
This is a great shop. Wes, the owner, is honest and direct, which is helpful for me, because I have clear information I need to make decisions about servicing my vehicles.Since they’ve been open, I’ve taken three cars there (Subaru & Toyota) for routine maintenance, installment of aftermarket enhancements, as well as major repairs and been very pleased.Today I picked up a 2005 Subaru Outback from them that I bought off of Facebook marketplace that needed a whole new transmission and they were able to get it done in a reasonable amount of time (about a week) and at a fair cost. AND they gave me options so that I could make the decision that worked best for my situation.Louis and Casey in the office are always very helpful and communicative. It’s nice to know that I can take my car somewhere and trust the people there have the knowledge and experience to get it done right.
This is the first negative google review I’ve ever left, which should say something about my generally positive encounters with others. This place is very accommodating and most of the staff is friendly, but I cannot emphasize enough how rude the owner (Wesley) was when my fiancé asked a simple question about one of the charges. We were looking for a quality mechanic as we are new to the area and we’ll never be back to this place because of Wesley’s unprofessionalism.
Unfortunately I feel the need to leave a less than stellar review. First I’ll start with the good: I think the work done on my engine will be good. They worked on my sprinter van’s egr system. However I’m confused as to why it wasn’t suggested to replace the egr valve rather than clean it.My issue is primarily with communication. We were told to bring the van in Tuesday morning and it wasn’t looked at until Wednesday late in the day and it seemed like work didn’t start on it until Friday. We had communicated plans that we were planning on leaving Friday am and were ensured that was no problem. We didn’t get the van until Friday at 6 pm. The whole time we were called zero times. I would have to call to get information. The last thing that is a bummer: the shop did an oil change and the oil was overfilled by almost an entire quart so our check oil light was flashing for our entire 3 hour drive to glenwood where we had to ask a Grease Monkey to fix the overfill- another delay. I called the shop and left a message about the issue. They never bothered to call back.
Wes & team provided excellent customer service & assistance helping me navigate a stressful situation. I highly recommend for any major repairs, especially new engines.I only made it 16 miles from another shop before my Jeep Grand Cherokee engine threw a piston causing catastrophic engine failure. We suspect it’s a result of the other shops work &/or faulty parts. They quoted me 3-6k more & twice the time as Wes, who was kind enough to share his expertise & help me out asap.I’m extremely thankful for his help & all the staff from other mechanics to the front desk. Everyone was attentive & helpful, making me feel much better about a horrible situation.I’ll always go to Wesley’s Automotive in the future & recommend their services to family & friends.
I brought my Alfa Romeo Stelvio here. They took the time to talk about what’s going on with my car, what my options are, and what they recommend and why. And they were more than $1000 less than the dealership. This is a great example of the customer experience small businesses can offer.
